Born in 2009, Jeri Lee won First Prize at the 2025 Schoenfeld International String Competition in Harbin, China, becoming the youngest winner in the competition’s history.

She also received Second Prize and the Seong-Yawng Park Special Prize

at the 2025 Isang Yun International Music Competition,

achieving a double honor as the youngest prizewinner in the cello division.

 

She has appeared as a soloist with the Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra under the baton of Jaap van Zweden, and has performed with major orchestras including the Zagreb Philharmonic, Kyiv Virtuosi, Harbin Symphony Orchestra, Seoul Virtuosi, and the Korean Chamber Orchestra, appearing at renowned venues such as Carnegie Hall, Suntory Hall, and the Korean Cultural Center in Budapest.

 

In 2026, she will enter the Korea National University of Arts (K-ARTS) through early admission.
